2008 – 2009

Registration Policy

• A non-refundable annual administration fee of $22.00 is required at the time of registration plus prepayment for September lessons. Our SEMESTER SYSTEM requires either a Visa or MasterCard authorization or 3 post-dated cheques for October 1, 2008, January 1, 2009 and April 4, 2009. This will ensure your teacher, day and time is held for you. For family registrations of two or more students, a maximum administration fee of $44.00 will be required. This fee covers office processing, accounting, dispersal of information, our Recital Performance Program and discounts for services listed below.
  
• A $25.00 handling fee will be assessed for all NSF cheques and declined credit cards.

• All lessons are consecutive.
  
• Your student registration is a contractual agreement between student and teacher to reserve a specific day and time each week for the duration of the contract period indicated on the registration form. In the event a student misses a class, the teacher is not obligated to make up the class. Should a teacher miss a class, every effort will be made to make up the class. If this is not possible, your tuition for that class will be refunded at the end of each semester (December, March or June)

Termination of Lessons

STUDENTS WHO WITHDRAW ONCE A SEMESTER HAS BEGUN WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Simply verbally contacting only the teacher or the education office with your intention to terminate is not considered official termination notification. You must submit a signed letter to the Education Office stating your intention to terminate. This letter must be submitted to us one month prior to the end of the semester, ie. December 1, 2008 and March 1, 2009. Students are expected to continue their classes up to and including the final date of termination.

Music Supplies - Music books and supplies are not included in tuition fees.

Discount Savings

$10 Off piano tunings, 10% OFF piano repairs, regulating, refinishing, rebuilding, estimates and appraisals.
5% Off all new, regularly priced keyboard instruments (excluding instruments on sale).
