Pre-Owned Pianos
At Irene Besse Keyboards, we have a revolving selection of pre-owned pianos, year round. We acquire these pianos from trade-ins, trade-ups or from people who are no longer using their piano.
All of our pre-owned pianos are first assessed and then sent through our Service Centre and brought up to a certain set of standards. All of our pre-owned pianos come with a 3-Year Warranty and include an in-home check after delivery.

Sales Programs & Policies
We are committed to making your instrument selection experience a pleasant and comfortable one. So we have created our sales policies and programs with you, the customer, in mind. We've been members of the BBB since we started selling pianos over 40 years ago. We promise you a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Trade-Up
You may not be able to buy the piano of your dreams today but our Trade-Up policy will help you get there. All Steinway-family pianos come with a trade-up period. What this means to you is that if, within the trade-up period, you want to trade your piano in on a new one of greater value, we will apply 100% of what you paid for your first piano towards the regular purchase price of your next one. The second piano must be of double the value of the initial purchase, unless the second piano is a Steinway, in which case this requirement is waived. You pay the difference, we'll switch the two, then run it through our shop and sell it as one of our pre-owned pianos. Ask a sales representative for details.
Consignment
Downsizing? Can't sell your piano privately? Don't want people in your home to try your piano out? Don't feel you know enough about pianos to 'sell' your piano for what its worth? Don't worry!
We'll try our best to help you out. Our consignment gallery floor space is limited, but we have a very quick turn-over time. If you've exhausted your options, or are simply pressed for time, please give us a call to check lead-times on getting your piano sold. It's what we do best.
Financing
Aside from the usual methods of payment, we can also arrange bank financing as well as lease to own with manageable monthly payments. It's easy to own a quality piano from Irene Besse Keyboards.
